Q: How long does it take for the bandana get to me after I order?
A: Standard processing time is 2-3 weeks before shipping. Items listed as "ready to ship" in the store will ship within 2-3 days. Once your order has shipped, you may reference your tracking number for estimated delivery date.

Q: I want a bandana with ______ on it. Can you make that?
A: I would be happy to work on a custom order for you! Please send me an email at pointerandpawco@gmail.com or message me on instagram at @pointerandpawco. As long as I can find the fabric, I can make your pup a bandana!

Q: Can I get my dog's name on the bandana?
A: Yes! Check the add-on section for options for adding your pups name or even their Instagram name!

Q: Do you offer discounts on your products?
A: We run sales from time to time, but our brand reps always have a discount code available. You can find them through our Instagram. 

Q: Will you give me a free bandana for my Instagram giveaway?
A: Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Minimum requirements to be considered: at least 1,000 followers, buy a bandana to model in the giveaway post, pay for shipping for the donated item before it is shipped to the winner. You have a better chance of getting an item donated if you have purchased from us before.

Q: Can I buy a bandana to use in my Instagram giveaway?
A: ABSOLUTELY! If you buy a bandana at full price, you do not need to list us as a vendor in your giveaway. If you want to list us as a vendor in your giveaway, we may give you a discount or free domestic shipping.

Q: How do I become a brand rep for your company?
A: We have discontinued our brand rep program until further notice.

Q: If I'm local to Colorado, can I buy a bandana from you without paying shipping?
A: Visit the "Events Calendar" on our website to see where we will be vending in Colorado. You may just find us at a dog event or farmers market! We will also make announcements in our IG stories about where to find us locally!

Q: Can we find you in Maryland?
A: No, we have moved to Colorado.
